Touch of Hope Clothes Closet

The Clothes Closet is open each Thursday from 12:30 – 4 pm. Entry requires navigating one flight of stairs on your way in and out. Masks may be required, based on county public health status.

The basement level of Christ UMC is devoted to the Touch of Hope Clothes Closet. Clothes, shoes, underwear, and outerwear in most sizes, for all ages, is available at no cost. Twenty items of clothing may be taken per week. You may also come and ‘thrift’ shop and make a donation to support this ministry!

How to Donate: Clothing (clean and in bags, boxes, or totes) can be dropped off Tuesdays and Thursday, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the north door of the church. You can also make an appointment by called 269-965-3251 if you have a significant number of clothes.

Warm outer wear, jeans, casual clothing, children and youth sizes, and athletic shoes are most significantly needed.

We do not currently accept items other than clothing.
